Quadropack XVP-250 High Performance Continuous Motion Machine

The Quadropack XVP-250 CM (servo driven), a fully automatic continuous VFFS machine, represents an optimal solution for forming, filling and sealing bags with different shapes, sizes and materials. The system offers synchronized and continuous forming, filling and sealing of products incorporating a master-slave servo mechanism. The Quadropack XVP-250 CM is capable of delivering production speeds up to 150 bags per minute depending on the product characteristics, and bag specification. The machine uses PLC technology with a user friendly colour touch screen to enter machine parameters.

A flexible machine design enables customers to run different types of bags (e.g. shape and material) as well as different sizes on one machine moreover due to its design change-over is easy and quick. The Quadropack XVP-250 CM provides a cost effective answer to your production needs.
