The Quadropack VP-T130 / VP-T180 (Servo driven), a gripper draw-off machine, represents an excellent and economic solution for packaging fragile products.
Following a 45° inclined design fragile and breakable goods can be handled particularly effective. The VP-T130 / VP-T180 automatically packs products in small and middle volume bags or sachets which are produced from a flat reel of heat-sealable packing film, while achieving a speed of up to 60 bags per min.
The Quadropack VP-T130 / VP-T180 is servo driven and equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC and monochrome touch screen. The system enables the operator, via a user-friendly interface, to enter machine parameters as well as access the machine.
The Quadropack VP-T130 / VP-T180 can be equipped with any number of different weighing and dosing systems such as:
